gabila

Gabila (Gabriel Marinica - RO48INGB0000999901983891 - donatii cont in lei)

In ultimele luni starea lui s-a agravat si si-a pierdut echilibrul.

In momentul actual solutia este o operatie in Germania.
RO48INGB0000999901983891

1977–1990                    The period before the appearance of the first symptoms of medullar compression
§  Presence of torticollis with head inclination to the right. Mouth opening with asymmetric aspect – the lower lip shows a wider opening on the left
§  Difficult pronunciation of certain words
§  Good mobility
1990                            Appearance of medullar compression symptoms – surgical intervention
§  Strong mobility impairment appears in the first 6 months of the year: difficulty in using hands, difficult mobility of the legs which led to imbalance and many stumbling and falling down in the street.
§  Medullar compression is noticed
§  In September 1990 there is a surgical intervention by Osteosynthesis occiput C2 (diagnostic establishment and surgical intervention by Prof. Dr. Panoza Gheorghe – neurosurgeon primary care physician)
§  Gypsum immobilisation is made and resting in bed for three months.
§  Good postoperative evolution. Mobility is restored to a normal level.
1991–2006Postoperative Evolution
§  Good mobility
§  Good growth and development
§  The torticollis remains present as well as the asymmetric opening of the mouth.

§  No medullar compression is noticed during the medical examination. (The investigations made are neurological consultation/cervical spine radiography/MRI)
September 2008 – presentAcute sensations - evolution
§  On the background of a cold and prolonged coughing the sensations of paresthesiae of the limbs – thorax – abdomen aggravate. The most striking is the sensation of thorax-abdomen numbness. Face/forehead numbness intensifies. Speaking is weakened.
§  21.10.2008 – consultation by Acad. Dr. Neurosurgeon Florin Exergian – medical opinion: “Important angulation area Clivus-C2 anterior. Cervical channel narrowed at this level without compression present imagistically. Clinically with no movement or sensitive deficiencies at present. With paresthesiae triggered by effort in my opinion without therapeutic indication”
§  November 2008. The sensations aggravate, their duration is much longer the occurrence more frequent. Practically they appear when moving and they do not have regularity. Sensations of deep numbness appear, fainting condition when rising in vertical position. All sensations would disappear when resting on the bed lying on the back.
§  Normal electrocardiogram. It is noticed that blood pressure drops when standing up: de la 130/90 la 110/70 mmHg. Blood/urine tests under normal limits. MRI taken on the craniocervical area.
§  13.11.2008 – consultation by Acad. Dr. Neurosurgeon Florin Exergian – medical opinion: “The same situation. I don’t have any surgical solution for this case.”
§  Medical opinions Dr. Neurosurgeon Florin Exergian, Dr. Neurosurgeon Catana Marius – on the MRI test November 2008 there are no noticeable changes as compared to the MRI test October 2007. 2 month immobilisation with flexible sponge collar is recommended. Rest is recommended. It is recommended to search for an opinion abroad.
§  The acute sensations of paresthesiae loose their intensity and duration. The fainting sensations when standing up disappear.
